Notes: This is an engine which can be termed as transitional, in as much as it has the new 1957 firebox and boiler band but continues to use the 3-wick burner and baseplate with retaining ears. This was to be the last incarnation of the engine with a wick burner. Engine has screw construction throughout and features a characteristic thick rimmed flywheel.

This example is in original playworn condition and comes complete with the maroon strawboard box.
