Notes: The Steam Roadster was introduced by Mamod in 1976. This Steve Malins design originally featured a meths burner, artillery style wheels (SE3 flywheels) and over-flow plug boiler. This early models dates from this period. Later models featured sight-glass boilers, redesigned wheels and solid fuel burners. Split rear drive was also a feature of early models.
